Eligibility

  • Business Users must be legally registered entities with a valid business license or registration.

User Accounts

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

License to Use Qoli.ai

  • Grant of License:Qoli grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions:You agree not to:
    • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from the App.
    • Use the App in any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized manner.

Privacy Policy

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services, including:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and other details required to complete the registration process.

  • Business Data: Business Users acknowledge that Qoli may collect and use business-related data for purposes of service operation, improvement, and business insights.

Termination and Violation

Termination by the User

  • Voluntary Termination: You have the right to terminate your account and stop using the App at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting customer support.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the App will be revoked, and any associated personal or business data may be deleted, depending on your request. However, we may retain certain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for purposes such as legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business analysis.

Termination by Qoli

For Cause: Qoli reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App without notice if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities.
  • Fail to pay for premium services or subscriptions.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including providing false information or attempting to manipulate or exploit the system.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Qoli or other users
  • Engage in any conduct that is deemed harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the functioning of the App.

For Convenience: Qoli also reserves the right to terminate your account for any reason, at its sole discretion, upon providing you with prior written notice.

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription Tiers: Qoli.ai offers various subscription plans for Personal and Business Users, which may include monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. The details of each plan, including pricing, features, and benefits, are available on the App or website.
  • Plan Selection: By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan as described on the App or website at the time of your purchase.
  • Subscription Upgrades or Downgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes to your plan may result in a prorated adjustment of the subscription fees, depending on the terms of your previous plan.

Payment Methods

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments for subscription fees can be made using various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, or other third-party payment processors as specified on the App or website. All payments will be processed securely.
  • Payment Processor: Payment processing is handled by a third-party service provider, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. Qoli is not responsible for any issues or disputes that arise during the payment process.

Billing Cycle

  • Automatic Renewals: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term (e.g., monthly, annually). By subscribing to a plan, you authorize Qoli to charge your payment method for the renewal fee.
  • Billing Date: Your billing cycle begins on the day you subscribe and will renew on the same day of each subsequent billing period (e.g., monthly, yearly). If your billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be processed on the next business day.

Fees and Taxes

Subscription Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan, which may include taxes, service charges, and other applicable fees. These fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Paid Subscriptions: Payments made for subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases where Qoli has made an error in processing. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you will not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion.
  • Refund Requests: In the event of an overcharge, billing error, or other issues with payment, you may contact Qoli support at [email protected] to request a review. Refunds, if any, will be provided at Qoli’s sole discretion.
  • Trial Period: If Qoli offers a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period has expired. If you do not wish to continue with the subscription after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Late Payments

  • Late Payment Charges: If you fail to make a payment for any reason, your account may be suspended or restricted until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Qoli may not charge any late fees or interest on overdue amounts.
  • Access Restrictions: Failure to make timely payments may result in a temporary suspension or termination of your access to the App and its services. You will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees in such cases.

Payment Disputes

Chargebacks and Disputes: If you dispute any charge made to your account, you must contact Qoli’s support team within 30 days of the charge to resolve the issue.

Cancellation of Subscription

  • User-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Qoli support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of that cycle.
  • No Refunds upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Modifications to Subscription Plans or Fees

Price Changes: Qoli reserves the right to change the pricing of any subscription plan or to introduce new fees for services. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to review and accept the updated pricing.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Qoli and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for any applicable subscription fees, taxes, and additional charges that may arise during your use of the App.

Intellectual Property

  • Qoli’s Intellectual Property: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including any software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Qoli and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the App, but you grant Qoli a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use such content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

Software Updates and Maintenance

  • Updates: Qoli may provide periodic updates, enhancements, or fixes to the App. These updates may automatically install without requiring explicit user consent. You agree to receive such updates when using the App.
  • Maintenance: Qoli may need to temporarily suspend the App for maintenance or updates. We will strive to minimize any disruptions and inform users in advance when possible.

Feedback and Suggestions

  • Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations provided by Users are welcomed and may be used by Qoli to improve the App. By submitting such feedback, you grant Qoli the right to use, modify, and incorporate your suggestions without any obligation to compensate you.
  • No Obligations: You acknowledge that Qoli is under no obligation to implement or act upon any feedback you provide.

Advertising and Promotions

  • Business User Advertising: Business Users may use the App to run advertisements or promotions. All such activities must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.
  • Qoli Promotions: Qoli may offer promotional events or discounts, which will be governed by separate terms, specific to each promotion.

Legal Compliance and User Cooperation

  • You agree to cooperate with Qoli to ensure legal compliance, including but not limited to the investigation of potential violations of these Terms.
  • Requests for Information: In the event of a legal investigation, Qoli may be required to disclose your personal or business information to authorities. You consent to such disclosure if required by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, including any policies and guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qoli regarding the use of the App. This supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of these Terms.

Acknowledgment

By using Qoli.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any amendments made from time to time.
